Mask

No it's not chocolate on my face, it's a cinnamon and honey mask. I heard it was good for reducing acne scars . If it works, I don't know. But it's worth a try, right?

Honey is a natural antiseptic and is often used to treat and sterilize wounds. Honey is full of beneficial vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other things that are nourishing to your skin. The honey helps pulls moisture out of the air, infusing it into your skin, a process that helps prevent and heal scarring and killes the bacteria that causes acne.
Honey is acidic it sucks up oil from underneath and dries up acne faster without irratating your skin. It tightens the skin and gives it moisture. Honey can also be used in hair masks! Cinnamon is often used in "home acne treatments" and it's antiseptic and astringent make this herb perfect for acne treatments. The cinnamon also helps the skin to plump up so that the scarring is less visible.

So all you need is,
  • cinnamon
  • honey
Mix it and smear it on your face. Sleep with it over night and hope for the best!

OR, if you want to do a more "complicated mask" try this

*The amount is optional
  • Honey
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • Lemon juice (optional)

If you use the lemon juice you will need to refridgerated the mask.
Ps. Don't forget to put plastic film on, to keep the mask form smearing all over your pillow.
Good Luck..
